Our chef, who also runs a healthy cookery school, empowering you to continue your clean eating journey at home.
Detox Yoga & Core Strength: Start each day with a detox yoga class and core strength work designed to cleanse and strengthen your body.
Detox Breathing Sessions & Sound Healing: In the evenings, unwind with detoxifying breath-work, guided meditation and soothing sound healing.
1-1 Yoga & Coaching Sessions: I also offer personal yoga and coaching sessions tailored to your needs. Private sessions are available throughout the week for deeper support with movement, mindset, or lifestyle transformation.
Yoga & Movement
You’ll start each day with a morning practice designed to energise, cleanse, and strengthen the body. Styles may include Hatha, Ashtanga-inspired flows, and core-focused sequences.
Evenings are slow and soulful yin yoga, yoga nidra, or breath-work, followed by calming meditations.
As an intuitive teacher, I make real-time adjustments to meet the needs of each individual and the group. Every student receives personal attention, and modifications or advanced options will be offered.
Typical Daily Schedule
8am Breakfast smoothie
9:00 – 10:30am — Yoga/Core Strength
12:00 – 1pm — Deluxe brunch
1pm – 5:30pm — Free time: massage, excursions, rest, journaling
6:00pm – 7:00pm —Guided Breathwork / Yin Yoga / Sound Healing
7:00pm — Nourishing Detox Dinner
8.30pm - Sound healing one evening
Arrivals from 3pm - Departure from 10am.
Please note: On arrival day please make sure you are at the villa by 7pm for our welcome meal, group introduction.
