Day 1 – Arrival, Grounding & Connection
Arrive at Cancún or Tulum International Airport, where your prearranged private transfer will bring you to Balam Ha. Savannah coordinates transportation in advance, with transfer costs paid separately.
Settle into your jungle house and begin exploring the magical forest, its winding pathways, and secluded partial cenote. Enjoy a nourishing welcome meal and allow yourself to transition out of the rhythms of everyday life.
Spend time with Savannah exploring your intentions, becoming acquainted with the medicine through introductory microdosing when appropriate, and grounding into the present moment through breathwork, meditation, or gentle movement.
Enjoy a peaceful evening surrounded by the sounds of the jungle.
Day 2 – Preparation & Sacred Ceremony
Begin the morning slowly with a nourishing breakfast and time for quiet reflection. Connect with the natural world through gentle movement, breathwork, or time beside the cenote.
Together with Savannah, prepare for your sacred mushroom ceremony, exploring your intentions and creating space for whatever may unfold.
Your private ceremony is typically recommended around sunset and may take place in the intimacy of your jungle house or Balam Ha's sacred ceremonial maloka, depending on your needs and intentions.
Following ceremony, rest and enjoy nourishing food as you begin to gently integrate your experience.
Day 3 – Integration, Simplicity & Embodiment
Awaken naturally and enjoy a slow morning with breakfast, reflection, and time to reconnect with the forest.
Spend dedicated time with Savannah exploring your experience through personalized integration coaching and the You Are the Medicine workbook. When appropriate, intentional microdosing may support continued connection with the medicine.
Throughout the day, embrace the simple rhythms of life. Preparing fresh meals in the kitchen or over the wood-burning stove, resting, walking through the jungle, and tending to your basic needs become opportunities to practice presence and conscious awareness.
Additional breathwork, movement, energy work, or meditation may be woven into your day according to your needs.
Day 4 – Reflection & Returning Home
Begin your final morning with breakfast, quiet reflection, and time to appreciate the forest.
Join Savannah for a closing integration conversation, exploring how the insights of your journey can be embodied through your thoughts, emotions, and actions in everyday life.
Depart Balam Ha via your prearranged private airport transfer, with transportation costs paid separately.
Every retreat is thoughtfully personalized. Ceremony timing, activities, meals, and daily rhythms remain flexible to honor your intentions, individual needs, and the natural unfolding of your journey.
