Our retreat officially begins at 7:30 AM the next morning. Overnight stay in Phoenix.

November 2 – Sedona, AZ
This morning, we begin with transformative educational sessions focused on gratitude, relationships, and mindset—the foundation for a more fulfilling life. Afterward, we travel by comfortable passenger van to Sedona, a destination renowned for its majestic red rock landscapes and spiritual energy. Upon arrival, we check in at The Element Hotel before gathering for our afternoon sessions, deepening our exploration of personal growth. Overnight stay at The Element Hotel in Sedona. Breakfast included

November 3 – Sedona, AZ
Our morning sessions center on creating space in our busy lives—clarifying values, setting boundaries, and allowing new stories of meaning and purpose to emerge. In the afternoon, we step into Sedona’s breathtaking wilderness, hiking the Courthouse Loop, Bell Rock Climb, and Big Park trails—routes known for their connection to the region’s famous energy vortexes. For those seeking deep relaxation, the afternoon is also an opportunity to experience world-class alternative healing—book a massage, Reiki session, or other holistic treatments available nearby. November 4 – Sedona, AZ
Today’s morning sessions guide us through the themes of perfectionism, grief, and forgiveness, helping us release what no longer serves us. In the afternoon, we hike the Fay Canyon Trail, a hidden gem tucked within Sedona’s red rock landscape. The trail ends at a dramatic Supai sandstone cliff, and for those feeling adventurous, an optional scramble up the rock face offers an awe-inspiring panoramic view of the valley below. Once we return to the hotel, there is free-time to use for your own well-being. Overnight stay at The Element Hotel in Sedona. Breakfast & Dinner included.

Instead of returning to Phoenix, we’ll enjoy a relaxed lunch in downtown Sedona, followed by free time to explore local shops and galleries. In the afternoon, we’ll set out on what many consider Sedona’s most beautiful hike—the Oak Creek Trail. This scenic trail winds along a crystal-clear creek through a lush, forested canyon, offering a refreshing contrast to Sedona’s red rock landscapes. With towering cliffs, diverse wildlife, and the soothing sound of running water, it’s the perfect way to transition into our extra hiking days. Tonight, we stay at the Element Hotel in Sedona. Breakfast included.

November 6 – Sedona, AZ
We begin the day with a visit to one of Sedona’s most iconic landmarks—the Chapel of the Holy Cross, a striking architectural wonder built into the red rocks, offering a peaceful moment for reflection. From there, we’ll embark on a hike up Cathedral Rock, one of the most photographed and awe-inspiring formations in the region. The ascent is steep but rewarding, leading to panoramic views that make the effort well worth it. In the afternoon, we journey beyond Sedona to explore Montezuma Castle National Monument, an ancient cliff dwelling that offers a glimpse into the lives of the Sinagua people who once inhabited the region. This fascinating site, reminiscent of Mesa Verde, tells a rich story of resilience and ingenuity. Tonight, we stay at the Element Hotel in Sedona. Breakfast included.

November 7 – Return to Phoenix
After a final morning in Sedona, we’ll make our way back to Phoenix, arriving by 11:00 AM. Travelers can choose to fly home later in the day or take advantage of a few more hours in the city to explore on their own. Options include exploring the Desert Botanical Garden, strolling through Old Town Scottsdale, or summiting Camelback Mountain for one last breathtaking view of the Arizona landscape. Oh I can't wait to go on another retreat!
I absolutely love everything about these retreats! I have been on several now and I just look forward to it so much. The community that is built immediately allows for such vulnerability and openness. People are able to really go deep and get to the heart of issues they are working on. I am so impressed with the presentation style and topics that the facilitators bring. They are open and honest as they educate on big topics like shame, gratitude, forgiveness, connection, boundaries, beliefs and authenticity. Their framework and dedication to sharing a bit from their own growth and lessons really makes it easy for everyone to peel back the layers and find the truth about what they are working through. It is also wonderful that we get to have these life changing moments in beautiful places with such open fantastic people. Those that choose to go on these retreats are so supportive, kind and helpful. Lifelong friends are made and I cherish these relationships. The hiking and outdoor activities really helps integrate the lessons and that quiet contemplative time is so valuable. I could not recommend this more!

Retreat in Sedona
The retreat was a wonderful experience. It was a great retreat where you can be as involved as you would like to be. It exceeded my expectations. The area was magnificent and there was just enough time for thought work and hiking. There also was enough time to do things on your own. The food was great at the restaurants. The growth was tremendous and the planning was good. I would highly recommend this retreat for anyone but especially for health care physicians and workers. Very grateful to have found Bounce Travels and so excited that they are doing this kind of work.

Amazing Facilitator
Amazing facilitator that was the perfect combination of kind, knowledgeable, and vulnerable. One of the most down to earth facilitators I have ever met.
