Pilates Retreat in Bali

• 7 days, 6 nights at a private villa in Seminyak, in close proximity to our Reformer studio and the beach
• Private Room with bottled water, coffee, tea, and light snacks
• Daily group classes on Reformer. Our knowledgeable instructors have years of experience teaching mixed level classes.
• Kick back and feast! Enjoy delectable, nutritious meals, snacks, and smoothies/juices prepared daily by a private chef.
• Group experiences include one guided surf sessions, 1 cooking class, wellness day which includes spa pamper, infrared sauna and cold plunge, 1 day trip to Uluwatu to visit famous Balinese temple and one of the most idilic beaches on the island, 1 mindfulness & meditation workshop with renowned psychotherapist from Bali, 1 women's circle with our meditation teacher.
• Farewell cocktail dinner at the villa prepared by our chef. A chance for you to dress up, enjoy fine food, and say farewell to new friends.
• Gift bag with products from Bali-bases vendors.
• Transportation to and from the airport, as well as to and from all retreat activities.
• Friendly, attentive staff to help make your experience as carefree and blissful as possible.
