Day Two – Rebalance the Body & Mind
8:00am – Start the day with a nourishing Breakfast
9:00am – Pilates. Engage in gentle session to awaken your body
11:00am – Nutrition for Menopause Workshop. Learn healthy eating habits and strategies tailored to midlife women.
1:00pm – Lunch
2:30pm – Vision of Wellness Workshop & Vision Board Creation
4:00pm – Free Time( optional treatments such as masaage or reflexology pre booked in advance)
6:00pm – Dinner
7:30pm – Journalling & Yoga Nidra
Day Three – Deepening into Self-Care
8:00am – Breakfast
9:30am – The 5 C’s of Self-Care Workshop
12:00pm – Lunch
1:30pm – Nature Walk and time to reconnect

7:30pm – Gong Bath Sound Healing. Experience the healing vibrations of sound.
