4 Days of Nourishment for Mind, Body & Soul For Women in Midlife

Who This Retreat is For

Midlife is a time of change – physically, emotionally, spiritually. Whether navigating the transformative season of midlife – peri- or post-menopause, experiencing emotional shifts, lack of energy, or simply craving deep rest and reconnection. Then this retreat offers you the space to pause, reflect and realign with yourself.

Together in a warm, supportive group of women, you’ll rest, learn, and be gently guided back to your centre – ready to embrace your next chapter with clarity and confidence
All are welcome. No previous experience with yoga, journalling or wellness needed – just bring your openness and curiosity.

Day One – Arrival & Intention

From 3:00pm – Arrivals & Welcome
4:30pm – Group Warm Welcome & Setting Intentions
6:00pm – Nourishing Dinner with fellow participants
7:30pm – Guided Journalling, Reflect on your goals for the Retreat.

Day Two – Rebalance the Body & Mind

8:00am – Start the day with a nourishing Breakfast
9:00am – Pilates. Engage in gentle session to awaken your body
11:00am – Nutrition for Menopause Workshop. Learn healthy eating habits and strategies tailored to midlife women.
1:00pm – Lunch
2:30pm – Vision of Wellness Workshop & Vision Board Creation
4:00pm – Free Time( optional treatments such as masaage or reflexology pre booked in advance)
6:00pm – Dinner
7:30pm – Journalling & Yoga Nidra

Day Three – Deepening into Self-Care

8:00am – Breakfast
9:30am – The 5 C’s of Self-Care Workshop
12:00pm – Lunch
1:30pm – Nature Walk and time to reconnect
3:30pm – Free Time
6:00pm – Dinner
7:30pm – Gong Bath Sound Healing. Experience the healing vibrations of sound.

Day Four – Closing & Renewal
8:00am – Nourishing Breakfast
9:30am – Final Circle & Forward Intentions
11:00am – Departure & Goodie Bags

Hills Farms Retreat is easily accessed by road or rail. Axminster station has a direct link to London Waterloo and Exeter Airport is about twenty minutes away by car or taxi. We have great road links via the M5, A303 and A30 making it easily accessible from all areas
