Retreat Highlights

  • What would it feel like to reignite your spark?
  • As the golden hues of the sun melt into the horizon, you ease into the gentleness of the day, enveloped by the warm embrace of the pristine forest air. The soft symphony of birdsong mingles with the whispers of the breeze, creating a meditative soundtrack that beckons you inward. Here, amidst the lush haven of Inverness, FL, you find yourself on a mini-farm, embraced by the soulful presence of rescue animals and the ancient wisdom of Withlacoochie State Forest. On this mini-farm, amidst the gentle souls of rescue animals, you embark on a journey both poetic and profound. It's a place where the heart finds its rhythm, and the soul rekindles its magic. You ease into the day with a practice that nurtures your inner spirit, the kind of moment that feels like a quiet conversation with your soul, a reminder of the fire that burns within.
  • You close your eyes and breathe in the earthy fragrance of pine mixed with a hint of salt from distant shores. Each inhale fills you with peace; each exhale, a release. The world falls away as you surrender to the nurturing rhythm of a floating sound bath. The water cradles you gently, its coolness a tender contrast to the warmth of the setting sun on your skin. Vibrations from crystal sound bowls ripple through the water, resonating with your very being, as chimes gently dance in harmony with the evening air.
  • In this sacred stillness, you let go of old patterns, gaining a fresh perspective that connects you from the wisdom of the skies to your inner truth. You open your eyes to the star-studded sky, feeling renewed and alive, ready to embrace the world with a deeper sense of magic and empowerment.
  • The journey back to yourself is complete, and you drift into a restorative night, wrapped in the peace and clarity of newfound connection. This journey has been one of stillness and reflection, a dance between the poetic and the grounded, leaving you deeply rested and ready to step back into the world, more confident and filled with joy.
  • If you feel a gentle pull towards softening and remembrance, I warmly invite you to join us. Rekindle Your Magic is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to the essence of who you truly are. Come home to your body, your breath, and the quiet flame within you that has never gone out.

About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

If you’re an over-functioning woman, caretaker, healer, therapist, spiritual practitioner, or healthcare practitioner who is feeling tense and exhausted from trying to keep everything in order and ready to experience more ease and freedom, then join us for this soul-nourishing retreat, where you’ll come away with practices that create ease and calm so you can feel refreshed, balanced, and present.

Rekindle Your Magic unfolds within the living landscape of Full Circle Retreats, nestled alongside the ancient forests of the Withlacoochee State Forest in Inverness, Florida - land long held as sacred, storied, and alive.

The name Withlacoochee is believed to originate from Indigenous languages, often translated as “little great water” or “river of many bends.” It speaks to a place of movement, flow, and cyclical return - themes that mirror the very heart of this retreat.

For centuries, this region was inhabited by Indigenous peoples who understood the land not as backdrop, but as teacher and ally. Nearby Crystal River, with its clear springs and manatee sanctuaries, has long been regarded as a place of healing, rest, and renewal - a meeting point between fresh water, salt water, land, and life.

Within the Chrysalis Resonance & Resilience framework, we understand healing as something that happens in relationship - with body, story, symbol, and environment. The land itself becomes part of the field of co-regulation and meaning-making. The forest, the springs, the animals, and the quiet rhythms of this place invite a return to natural timing - a remembering of how to listen, soften, and belong.

At our sanctuary, this ancestral land is honored through simplicity, presence, and care. Rescued animals move freely through the space. Forest paths invite unhurried walking and reflection. Fire, water, earth, and air are not metaphors here - they are felt companions in the work of restoration.

This is not a place to arrive and do more. It is a place to arrive and remember.

Schedule

Day 1 – Arriving & Unwinding
Today, you’ll embark on a journey of return, not just to the serene landscape but to the sanctuary within yourself. As you step onto the mini-farm, the gentle presence of rescued animals and open spaces will begin to soften your nervous system. We’ll welcome you with a grounding meditation and an opening circle, setting the stage for connection and presence. As the day unfolds, you’ll find ample unstructured time to naturally downshift, allowing your body to guide you back into a state of ease. As evening arrives, you’ll enter a space of contemplative rest through a guided meditation or Yoga Nidra, facilitating a transition from doing to simply being. In this gentle unfolding, you’ll begin to experience relief, safety, and the profound permission to slow down - an essential first step in rekindling your magic.

Day 2 – Remembering the Inner Spark
On Day Two, you’ll delve into the heart of the retreat, reconnecting with the deeper rhythms of your being. Through astrology-informed reflection, you’ll explore your vitality and creative essence, not as
predictions but as a meaningful story in which you are the central figure. You’ll engage in meditation, forest bathing, and gentle somatic practices, inviting insights to resonate within your body.
Time spent with the animals will be organic and unhurried, fostering moments of quiet companionship and intuitive opening. As you journey through the day, you’ll likely feel recognized by something ancient and wise, awakening a soft curiosity and self-trust. This day will nurture the rekindling process, reorienting you toward your inner flame and the parts of yourself that long to be remembered.

Day 3 - Rekindling Through Deep Rest & Ritual
The third day will serve as the alchemical heart of your retreat. Immersed in contemplative practices like a floating sound bath, salt cave experience, and extended Yoga Nidra, you’ll journey into profound nervous-system restoration. These experiences will allow your body to release old patterns, fostering renewal through surrender. As the day deepens, you’ll partake in a fire ceremony, gently inviting the release of burdens that have dimmed your light. This ritual will offer a space for conscious reconnection with your inner vitality. Creative reflection and quiet integration will follow, supported by the nurturing presence of the land and animals. You’ll emerge from this day feeling lighter, clearer, and more alive, embodying the very essence of rekindling through presence and warmth.

Day 4 - Integration & Carrying the Flame Forward
On this final day, you’ll focus on integrating the transformative experiences of the retreat. Through contemplative reflection, a closing meditation, and a final circle, you’ll anchor these insights into your everyday life. This day won’t signify an end but rather a gentle re-entry, emphasizing how to carry the retreat’s essence forward with compassion and sustainability. You’ll have time for quiet connection with the land and animals, closing in the grounded, relational field that welcomed you. As you prepare to depart, you’ll likely feel more connected, confident, and empowered, ready to bring the rekindled magic into your life. This journey is about remembering who you are when your nervous system feels safe and your inner spark is allowed to glow, leaving you with a profound sense of inner alignment and trust.
