Retreat Highlights

  • Imagine…
  • The sky has softened into evening, and the last light is slipping through the trees.
  • You settle onto the water and feel yourself gently held. The pool moves beneath you in slow, quiet rhythms as the evening air brushes your skin. At the water's edge, the crystal bowls begin to sing. Their tones travel across the surface, ripple through the water, and meet you somewhere deeper than words.
  • Your breath lengthens.
  • Your shoulders begin to soften.
  • The space behind your heart feels a little wider.
  • The pace you have been carrying gradually loosens its hold.
  • Around you, other women are resting within their own quiet experience, each of you held within the same circle of sound, water, sky, and shared presence. There is room here to receive. Room to listen. Room to feel what has been waiting beneath the movement of everyday life.
  • And somewhere between one shimmering note and the next, you may notice something familiar stirring within you—the part of you who remembers how to trust her own rhythms, hear her inner voice, and feel wonder moving through her again.
  • You take one fuller breath.
  • You are here.
  • You are returning.
  • Your light is still within you.

A gentle journey from constant holding to inner return
Every element of Rekindle Your Magic belongs to a thoughtfully held progression. Across the four days, we will move through arrival, reconnection, restoration, and integration. Each experience creates space for the next, allowing the retreat to unfold with rhythm, spaciousness, and care.

1. Soften & Arrive
Grounding practices, an opening circle, and the steady presence of nature and animals ease your transition into the retreat.

2. Remember & Reconnect
Astropsychology, contemplative reflection, forest immersion, somatic awareness, and creative expression invite curiosity about your patterns, strengths, and emerging possibilities.

3. Rekindle & Restore
Yoga Nidra, sound, the salt cave, the floating sound bath, and sacred ritual support deep rest, sensory renewal, and embodied integration.

4. Integrate & Carry the Flame Forward
Closing practices and the Chrysalis integration pathway help you gather what matters most and carry it into daily life.

Experiences that welcome the whole self:

Practices for the body, imagination, and inner life - Across four days, you will be guided through practices that support the body, nervous system, imagination, intuition, creativity, and inner life.

Each experience is offered with spaciousness and choice. You are welcome to participate in the ways that feel supportive for you, allowing the retreat to unfold at a pace your whole system can receive.

Deep Rest & Settling - Here, the body is invited to stop holding. Yoga Nidra, guided meditation, gentle somatic movement, the Himalayan salt cave, and a floating sound bath create repeated opportunities for the body to soften and replenish.

These practices support deeper rest, clearer awareness, and a renewed sense of vitality.

Star-Guided Reflection - Astropsychology offers a symbolic language for exploring your present season, inner patterns, strengths, and emerging possibilities.

Through guided reflection, you will be invited to meet yourself with curiosity and compassion, allowing the wisdom within your own story to become more visible.

Nature & Animal Connection - The land does some of this work for you. Time in the Withlacoochee forest, gentle walking, forest bathing, and the presence of rescued animals support grounding, sensory awareness, and relational connection.

The rhythms of the land create room to breathe more fully, listen inwardly, and reconnect with your own natural pace.

Creative & Ritual Expression - Guided creative experiences offer ways for insight, intention, and inner knowing to take form.

You will create a personalized grounding essential-oil blend, explore clay and natural materials, and gather branches from the forest for a Dream Tree reflecting the qualities and possibilities you are ready to nurture.

A sacred fire ceremony will open our time together through reflection, release, intention, and shared presence beneath the evening sky.

Meaningful Connection - Opening and closing circles, shared meals, and gently facilitated group experiences create a warm relational field throughout the retreat.

There will be opportunities to connect with other thoughtful women while honoring your own rhythms of quiet, privacy, conversation, and rest.

Spacious Time to Simply Be - Unstructured time is woven into each day.

You may rest by the pool, soak in the hot tub, walk the meditation labyrinth, spend time near the animals, journal beneath the trees, or follow what your body and spirit are asking for in the moment.

Rest and integration are essential parts of the retreat journey.

Across the retreat, we will create repeated opportunities for your whole system to experience safety, spaciousness, meaningful connection, and sustained rest.

As the days unfold, you may begin to experience:

✦ a calmer, more settled body;
✦ greater clarity about what you need and what matters most;
✦ renewed trust in your intuition and inner authority;
✦ a deeper capacity to receive rest and care;
✦ reconnection with creativity, pleasure, and vitality;
✦ a more compassionate understanding of the season you are moving through;
✦ practical ways to return to steadiness when life becomes demanding again.
You will also have opportunities to recognize how restoration feels within your own body - how your breath changes, how your thoughts move, how your energy responds, and how your inner world opens when it has room.

You may leave with an embodied memory of feeling more present, resourced, and at home within yourself, along with practices that support your continued return.

This is a space for remembering what becomes possible when you have room to receive, rest, and listen inwardly.

Schedule

Day 1 | Soften & Arrive

Day One — Thursday, November 12

Arriving & Crossing the Threshold
You will arrive at Full Circle Retreats beginning at 3:00 p.m., where the forest, animals, and quiet rhythms of the land will begin welcoming you into a slower pace.

After settling into your accommodations, we will gather for a grounding practice and opening circle, creating a warm and intentional field for our time together. A nourishing shared dinner will offer space to connect and begin arriving in community.

As evening settles over the land, we will gather beneath the open sky for a sacred fire ceremony. Through reflection, ritual, and shared presence, you will be invited to acknowledge what you have been carrying and listen for the intentions you wish to bring into the days ahead.

The first evening offers a threshold: a time to arrive, exhale, and allow yourself to be received.

Day 2 | Remember & Reconnect

Day Two — Friday, November 13

Remembering the Inner Spark
Friday invites deeper connection with your inner landscape.

Through astropsychology, contemplative reflection, forest immersion, gentle somatic practice, and time with the animals, you will explore the patterns, strengths, qualities, and inner resources seeking greater space in your life.

Creative experiences will help your reflections take form. You will create a personalized grounding essential-oil blend and begin gathering natural materials for the Dream Tree journey.

Spacious time will remain available for rest, journaling, quiet conversation, the pool, hot tub, labyrinth, and the simple pleasure of being surrounded by nature.

As evening arrives, you will be invited into a floating sound bath beneath the open sky. Supported by the water and the resonant vibrations of crystal bowls and chimes, your body can settle into a deeper experience of ease, presence, and connection.

Day 3 | Rekindle & Restore

Day Three — Saturday, November 14

Rekindling Through Deep Rest & Renewal
Saturday forms the restorative heart of the retreat.

The Himalayan salt cave, gentle movement, creative expression, nature, and contemplative practices create space for deeper settling, replenishment, and integration.

You will continue the Dream Tree experience, explore clay and natural materials, and listen for the intentions and possibilities taking root within you.

As the evening grows quiet, you will be guided through an extended Yoga Nidra practice. This deeply restful experience will support the body in softening, the mind in becoming quieter, and the retreat's experiences in settling more fully within you.

The day holds a nourishing rhythm of stillness, creativity, sensory restoration, and renewed vitality.

Day 4 | Integrate & Carry the Flame Forward

Day Four — Sunday, November 15

Integration & Carrying the Flame Forward
Our final morning will offer space for everything you have experienced to gather into a form you can carry home.

Through contemplative reflection, your Chrysalis integration pathway, a closing practice, and our final circle, you will identify the insights, resources, and embodied memories that feel most meaningful to you.

There will be time for a final walk on the land, connection with the animals, quiet conversation, or a few lingering moments beneath the trees.

Departure is at noon, with a clearer sense of your own rhythm and meaningful ways to continue nurturing what has been rekindled.
