I am a Tantra, Yoga & Embodiment practitioner dedicated to guiding people into remembrance of their Divine nature. My work is rooted in Traditional Tantra and Yoga, integrating mantra, ritual, somatic awareness, and devotional practice into grounded, transformative containers.
And my path to this work, or rather my purpose here, was not a straight line… it was a breaking open. A shattering of all I that I thought to be “true”.
I grew up in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, a small town with (exactly what you might think) a small town rhythm.
In my early adult years I poured myself into selfless service — volunteering at homeless shelters, tutoring children with learning disabilities, and supporting immigrant adults learning English. After graduate school, I went on to work for the Canadian Provincial Government. I thought, “If I could rewrite the systems that fail us, we could truly thrive”.
Well, I couldn’t. Not from the core of a system that was never built for true human wellbeing.
I found myself moving through the motions of a life that looked responsible and successful on the outside, while something inside me was quietly suffocating. My creative energy was blocked. A grey heaviness deepened with time. I reached a personal crisis that brought me to the very edge of myself — and ultimately, to a choice: stay in that prison, or leave everything and find out what was real.
So, I left. Most people in my small town called me crazy for going by myself to the side of the world. I was terrified, and excited all at the same time.
I traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I taught English to young students and began — slowly, honestly — the work of my own healing. Yoga and meditation became daily practice. Group healing retreats became a catalyst. I began to understand that the transformation I’d always wanted to create in the world had to begin within my own body, my own mind, and my own life.
After a year in Chiang Mai, I moved to Koh Phangan, where I began supporting retreats and trainings, accumulating deep practical hours in the field. Over the years that followed — through disciplined personal practice, Tantra and trauma awareness trainings, personal mentorships, and hundreds of hours of facilitation — something real formed through my experience. This was no longer my individual journey, but my soul mission to share the teachings I have received.
What I offer now is not a technique borrowed from a textbook. It is a lived transmission — created through my own descent into darkness and return to the light, refined through years of study and practice, and offered with the humility of someone who knows the path because she has walked it.
I have lived on Koh Phangan for the past seven years, offering sacred spaces for individuals, groups and couples to awaken Shakti, expand awareness, and step into the path of Inner Union — the meeting of consciousness and energy within the human body and the entire Universe.
I am a 200hr Traditional Tantra & Hatha Yoga instructor, a certified Trauma Awareness Facilitator by UNION, Relational Healing and Trauma Recovery Institute, Somatic Awareness practitioner, Water Therapist and a long-term student of Kashmir Shaivism & Shakta Tantra.
My guidance supports practitioners to meet themselves with depth, honesty, and reverence. Through breath, presence, and embodied awareness, I invite each person to recognize the body as a living temple — and to remember their essence as consciousness expressed in form.
At my core, I am devoted to the artistry of life — drawn to water, movement, mantra, and the creative pulse that animates existence.
I walk the Tantric path with humility and curiosity, continually learning, refining, and bowing to the Mystery.
