About Me
Hi, I’m Jip. My mission is to support people in finding relief from suffering by offering clear, authentic guidance through diverse healing modalities. My work is about reconnecting with the body, emotions, and self to aid the natural healing processes of the mind and heart.

I know firsthand how it feels to be disconnected—lost in the agitation of trying to cover up what’s really happening inside. I used to work as an IT consultant in the Netherlands, enjoying the outward success of a nice car and a beautiful home. But something essential was missing.

Four years ago, I chose to follow my intuition and embark on a healing journey. I’ve since lived in various retreat centers, plant medicine communities, and Buddhist meditation retreats, immersing myself in deep practices and connecting with people on similar paths. Along the way, I’ve uncovered layers of trauma, confronted fears, and found ways to reconnect with myself through practices like meditation, breathwork, inquiry, and plant medicine.

This journey hasn’t been easy—there were many moments of fear, doubt, and emotional upheaval—but it has given me profound insight and compassion for myself and others. I’ve come to see how essential good company is on the healing path. Sometimes, all we need is someone to listen, to hold space, or to help us trust our gut feelings again.

My Approach
My work draws on a variety of wisdom traditions and practices that have shaped my journey:

Eckhart Tolle – Presence, connecting with the inner body, awareness, and processing the pain-body
BBTRS Breathwork – Trauma-informed, somatic experiencing breathwork
Shamanism – Using plant medicine to heal the body and mind
Buddhism – Mindfulness, Vipassana meditation, body-mind connection, and understanding the nature of reality
Compassionate Inquiry – A psychotherapeutic approach Fostering self-compassion in the healing journey (trained by Gabor Maté)
J. Krishnamurti & Angelo DiLullo – Non-duality, inquiry into true reality, and understanding mental identification

Why I Do This Work
Today, I’m doing things I never dared to do before: sharing music, meditating, playing freely, and being with people in full presence. Vulnerability remains a part of my journey, and I embrace it as a vital part of the healing process.

I don’t see myself as a healer, shaman, or therapist—I’m simply here to listen and be present with you. Your needs come first, not mine.

Who I Am
I’m 28 years old and from the Netherlands. I love staying active through daily sports like running and HIIT workouts, meditating, connecting with nature, and spending time with my girlfriend, who is from Austria. People often describe me as grounded, warm, safe, sensitive, playful, and courageous.

Training & Background
Meditation: Meditation is my foundation. I’ve participated in multiple Buddhist Vipassana silent retreats, ranging from 7 to 21 days.
Plant Medicine: I’ve taken part in over 50 plant medicine journeys, including Ayahuasca, Kambo, Rape, MDMA, Bufo Alvarius, and helping me deepen my trust and embodiment.
BBTRS Breathwork: I’m trained in Biodynamic Breathwork, a trauma-informed modality that combines Somatic Experiencing (SE) with breathwork. I’ve undergone multiple week-long training sessions and certification in safe space holding.
Compassionate Inquiry: I’m currently studying Compassionate Inquiry this is a psychotherapeutic approach made by Gabor Maté - this is a year long intensive program

Closing
Through my own struggles, I’ve come to understand the power of connection, presence, and healing. If you’re seeking support, I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, authenticity, and an open heart.
