Father Jeffrey Jambon is the chaplain of the Benedictine nuns of Mary in Evansville, Indiana.

Originally from New Orleans, Fr. Jambon joined the Legionaries of Christ in Cheshire, Connecticut and was ordained to the Priesthood on December 22, 2001 at the Basilica of St. Mary Major in Rome.
Fr. Jambon studied and served around the world - in Dublin, Ireland; Alamanca, Spain; Gdansk, Poland; Germany; Santiago, Chile; Sacramento California; Edgerton, Wisconsin; and Quintana Roo, Mexico until 2010.
In 2012, he became the full time Chaplain of the Benedictines of Mary in Gower, Missouri in the Diocese of Kansas City/St. Joseph. In June 2013, he was also appointed Pastor of St. Patrick Church in St. Joseph, Missouri, where he served for two years.

Preached Spiritual Exercises for Men
with Traditional Latin Mass - October 17-19, 2025
Retreat starts Friday at 7:00pm, with an option to come early for 5:30pm low Mass and 6:20pm bring your own supper; Retreat ends Sunday with Noon lunch.
Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House in Waverly invites all to a preached “Spiritual Exercises” retreat with Traditional Latin Mass: September 19-21 for women, or October 17-19 for men.
This retreat is meant to be a time to discover the only purpose of our lives, which is to praise, reverence and serve the Lord, Jesus Christ and thus save our soul.
Based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, this retreat leads one through the drama of Salvation History, from the Fall to our Redemption. Retreatants will be immersed in scripture and invited to encounter Jesus Christ as the answer to the problem of sin and evil in our lives and world.
Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House offers a sanctuary of prayer and recollection on a spacious acreage near Waverly. There are 50 single rooms, each with a private bath.
We want our retreats to be accessible to everyone, please consider an additional donation, or contact the Retreat House to inquire about financial assistance or if your parish pays part of the cost. If the retreat you’re interested in is full, contact us to be put on a waiting list. A few double rooms are available upon request. Airport transportation to/from LNK or OMA is also available upon request.
In-person at the Retreat House, retreats include meditations by the retreat master, the sacraments of Eucharist and Reconciliation, the Liturgy of the Hours and other devotions, extended opportunities for silence and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
