When Moses encountered God in the burning bush and asked His name, the Lord revealed Himself with the mysterious words: "I AM WHO AM." This divine name—at once intimate and infinite—invites us into relationship with the God who exists eternally yet personally enters into our story.

Fr. Christopher Stoley invites you to explore the reality of being known and loved by the God who calls Himself "I AM." In a world where we often feel unseen, unheard, or forgotten, this retreat offers the life-changing encounter with the One who truly sees every hidden tear, hears every silent prayer, remembers every moment of our lives, and knows us more deeply than we know ourselves.

This retreat will address the deepest longings of the human heart: to be truly known without shame, to be seen in our struggles and joys, to be heard in our moments of desperation and praise, and to be remembered as precious and irreplaceable. Fr. Stoley will guide participants in examining how our understanding of God's personal knowledge of us transforms our prayer, our self-image, and our daily relationship with Him.

Through Eucharistic Adoration, personal prayer time, and the Sacrament of Reconciliation, retreatants are invited to bring their whole selves—their past wounds, present struggles, and future hopes—before the God who speaks those powerful words over each of us: "I AM with you. I AM for you. I AM enough."

Whether you are experiencing loneliness, seeking deeper intimacy with God, wrestling with feelings of abandonment, or simply desiring to know the Lord more personally, this retreat will culminate on Divine Mercy Sunday and encountering the God who has always been seeking you.

Private Retreat
Thank you for your excellent vineyard work, assisting God in hugging His people!
I so appreciate getting to visit with Holy Spirit in your oasis of holiness.
And, thank you for your gracious hospitality, giving me a room, near the entrance, so I could care for my dog, outside. God bless you and His angels hug you.

Wonderful Retreat
The timing was perfect for a silent retreat between groups of large group retreats. I was nearly alone for my prayerful days with God. I had the chapel to myself all day long. Meals were prepared and placed in the refrigerator for whenever eating worked into my schedule. The food was good. The bed was comfortable, and I slept very well. The center was quiet, and staff members were helpful and kind. Father said Mass each morning and was available for spiritual direction. The 80 acres was beautiful. God led my much needed retreat, and I was grateful to God and to everyone at Our Lady of Good Counsel for making it happen.
