During the day of your private psilocybin retreat (for 1-2 people), we begin by opening the space with a sharing circle and setting intentions for the journey ahead.
Next, we prepare for the journey through a series of practices such as meditation, breathwork, yoga and sound healing. You have the flexibility to choose the practices that resonate most with you and align with your needs, which we will agree upon during our preparatory conversation prior to the retreat.
When the journey begins, each participant will have their own dedicated guide available throughout the experience, ensuring you feel supported, safe, and fully guided to get the most out of your psilocybin experience.
The journey itself will take about 4 - 6 hours.
After the journey, we come together for a closing ceremony where we share our reflections, followed by a light meal.
The retreat concludes after this integration process, leaving you with new insights and a sense of peace.
