Nature will be our nurturing companion throughout this transformative journey. Immerse yourself in the enchanting beauty of the surrounding landscapes. Walk barefoot on lush forest trails, breathe in the crisp air, and feel the earth beneath your feet. Our integrated nature experiences will awaken your senses, expand your awareness, and foster a profound sense of connection with yourself and the world around you.

To further ground your experience, we will incorporate mindfulness practices and rituals rooted in ancient wisdom. Engage in guided meditations, explore the art of journaling, and participate in meaningful ceremonies that honor your personal journey. These grounding practices will anchor your insights and intentions, empowering you to integrate your newfound self-awareness into your daily life.

The retreat setting provides a swimming pool, whirlpool, and even a sauna for your rejuvenation. Relax in comfortable accommodations nestled amidst natural beauty, offering serene spaces for rest, contemplation, and integration. Nourish your body with wholesome, delicious meals that support your well-being and vitality.

Off-site lodging is possible for those who want to commute daily to the Mt. Olivet grounds during the day. A meal plan and the cost of the retreat are included in the off-site/commuter rate

We also encourage those who intend to stay on campus to select a shared room if possible since there are limited rooms. We will have a way for you to meet, greet, and decide who you would like to partner with before the retreat starts. The facilitators can also provide assistance in that area for you as we tend to know many of the attendees.
