About this Retreat
Forever a student, Nadi has immersed herself in the ancient practices of yoga for more than 15 years.
It all started in the Far East where she was seeking ways to self-healing, she found the path of yoga where she could connect and find rest within her body and mind through different modalities of movement and meditation, followed by curiosity, dedication, and a path of devotion to living yoga.
Nadi has been guided and influenced by different teachers and schools from around the world, which has shaped her way of sharing and relating to this vast body of work.
For the past 5 years, her teachings have been inspired by the wisdom of nature and the elements as a guide. Nadi has dedicated her path to the exploration of the ancient teachings of nature, through close work with different masters, and rituals from north and south Native American traditions which inspire her work, on and off the mat.
passionate about helping her students find alignment and balance in their practice.
Connecting to the wisdom of the body and the breath, inviting space for stillness and deep awareness while in the pose, so eventually it can ripple to once daily life on and off the mat.
Nadi creates a safe space for self-exploration while diving into the deeper realms of nature’s creative energy, inviting deeper listening to the body's wisdom, and cultivating intimacy and trust with oneself. Uniting body, mind, and spirit as one.
Nadi is an E-RYT 500, YACEP.
Holding 200-hour elemental-inspired teacher training, workshops, and retreats.
As a dedicated yoga teacher, movement facilitator, manual therapist, and anatomy educator, bodies in motion have been Kathy's passion and work for over two decades.
A previous professional dancer of 12 years, Kathy chose to deepen her innate somatic comprehension of anatomy through rigorous education, both within the yoga realm and beyond, including becoming a Level 5 Sports & Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist and Medical Acupuncturist.
Since 2020 she has been writing and delivering the anatomy content on 200-hour Teacher Trainings, including that of MoreYoga- London's most extensive yoga studio.
For students eager to learn more Kathy began leading advanced teacher trainings on anatomy and the art of touch. Guiding students in understanding how to offer safe, confident, and transformational hands-on assistance from a strong foundational understanding of anatomy. Kathy also offers free, short, easily digestible yoga anatomy training online for yoga teachers and students alike.
Kathy's approach to teaching anatomy is embodied, practical, and functional. In her experience, being able to recite the Latin and Greek names of anatomical structures contributes very little to really understanding bodies in motion and better serving yourself and students.
Our bodies are both the home of the elements and our spirit. By better understanding their inner workings, our relationship can be with ourselves and the world around us.

This training goes beyond theoretical knowledge;
it's a practical immersion into anatomy in motion. Through experiential learning, hands-on exploration, and embodied practices, we'll integrate the wisdom of the elements into our asana, pranayama, and meditation practices.
The teachings extend beyond the mat, empowering you to carry the wisdom of the elements from your yoga practice into daily life.
