Saturday — Arrival, Connection & Adventure
9:00am | Arrive at the Ranch, Welcome Circle & Cleansing
We begin by arriving slowly and intentionally. Through a gentle welcome circle and energetic cleansing, moms and children are invited to land in their bodies, release the outside world, and enter the retreat space together. This sets the tone of safety, presence, and connection — signaling to the nervous system that it’s okay to relax and receive.
9:30am | Connecting With Your Horses & Saddling Up
Before riding, children and moms meet their horses on the ground. This is where trust begins. Through touch, observation, and attunement, participants learn how to approach horses with respect, calmness, and awareness — a powerful mirror for emotional regulation and non-verbal communication.
10:00am | Riding Lesson With Expert Guides
With experienced guides, moms and children are gently introduced to riding in a supportive, confidence-building way. This isn’t about performance — it’s about listening, balance, and feeling supported while trying something new together.
11:00am | Gallop Out on Our Journey
We head out into the open land, riding through breathtaking wilderness. This shared adventure builds courage, joy, and a sense of freedom — moments of excitement balanced by deep presence.
12:30pm | Lunch in Nature
We pause to nourish our bodies with a wholesome, grounding meal, allowing time to rest, hydrate, and integrate the morning’s experiences.
1:00pm | Ride to Our Campsite
The journey continues as we ride toward our lakeside campsite — a transition from movement into stillness, adventure into grounding.
3:00pm | Unpack, Ground & Free Play
Once settled, children are invited into unstructured play while moms soften into the land. This spaciousness allows nervous systems to downshift and creativity to emerge naturally.
4:00pm | Swimming With the Horses
One of the most magical moments of the retreat. In the water, barriers dissolve. Children experience trust, courage, and awe as they connect with horses in a completely different way. This shared experience creates deep emotional bonding and unforgettable memories.
5:00pm | Creative Nature Art & Sound Play
Using natural materials, rhythm, and sound, children express emotions creatively while moms witness and participate. This supports emotional expression without words — playful, embodied, and intuitive.
6:00pm | Gentle Yoga & Meditation
A soft wind-down for both moms and children. Movement and breath help integrate the day and prepare the body for rest.
7:00pm | Dinner
A nourishing shared meal that brings everyone together in ease and connection.
7:30pm | Campfire, Storytelling & S’mores
Under the stars, we gather around the fire — sharing stories, laughter, and sweetness. This is where memories are anchored into the heart.
8:30pm | Bedtime
Children settle into cozy tents, feeling safe, connected, and regulated.
9:00pm | Optional Motherhood Circle by the Fire
A sacred space for moms to share, reflect, and be held by other mothers — without judgment or fixing. Just presence, honesty, and support.
Sunday — Integration, Care & Completion

We gently awaken the body and breath, creating a calm, grounded start to the day.

A nourishing breakfast shared in community.
10:30am | Horse Games & Connection
Playful activities with the horses deepen trust, confidence, and attunement — reinforcing lessons of presence, leadership, and emotional awareness.
