About this Retreat

Your Guides

Details of this retreat

The Soul & Saddle Retreat is a sacred 3-day immersion where horses, wilderness, ceremony, and soul-level healing come together to guide you back to your truth.

Set deep within Prince Albert National Park, this retreat offers a rare blend of nature-based adventure and intentional psychedelic healing. Your home for the weekend is a peaceful lakeside camp surrounded by untouched forest, expansive skies, and a stillness that invites your nervous system to finally soften.

You’ll sleep in cozy, pre-set canvas tents with cushioned cots, wake to birdsong and water, and fall asleep beneath stars that feel close enough to touch. With no crowds, no noise, and no distractions, you are given the space to slow down, feel deeply, and reconnect with the parts of you that have been quiet for too long.

Throughout the weekend, horses become your guides, mirroring presence, honesty, and embodied wisdom. You’ll ride forest trails, encounter wildlife, learn to connect with your horse intuitively, and experience the profound magic of swimming with horses a moment that opens the heart and stays with you long after the retreat ends.

At the heart of this experience is a guided healing mushroom ceremony, held safely and intentionally at the campground. This ceremony invites you inward, to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner truth, and access deeper clarity, compassion, and self-understanding. It is not about escaping, but about remembering who you are beneath the noise.

Supported by breathwork, yoga by the lake, meditation, cacao, Hapé, and grounding integration practices, the healing unfolds gently and powerfully. The land holds you. The horses teach you. The sisterhood reflects you.

Meals are nourishing and lovingly prepared. Campfires turn into laughter, honest sharing, and quiet reflection. Afternoons offer rest, journaling, swimming, and spaciousness, because deep healing also requires softness and ease.

Your journey begins before you arrive, with a private 1:1 healing call to prepare your heart and intentions, and continues after you leave through intentional integration support, ensuring that what opens here can be carried into your everyday life.

This is not just a retreat.
It is a rite of passage.
A return to truth.
A deep remembering of your intuition, your body, and your soul.

Soul & Saddle is for the woman ready to go deeper, held by nature, guided by ceremony, and supported every step of the way.
