Damon is the founder and head facilitator at Sanctm. “I’m not a guru, just a passionate student of the human experience. I love meaningful conversations and I love living freely in my own body under my own rules. I’m not perfect, but I strive to live a life rooted in love. ” Our vision was to create a space for connection, growth, and transformation. Parisha is a gifted sound healer with a deep passion for using vibration and frequency to guide others into states of profound relaxation and inner peace. Doug is a passionate breathwork coach dedicated to helping individuals unlock the power of conscious breathing for healing, clarity, and personal growth. With years of experience and a compassionate approach, Doug creates a safe and supportive environment for transformative breathwork journeys. His sessions blend ancient techniques with modern practices, guiding participants to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and cultivate mindfulness. Daria guides Sanctm’s yoga journey with equal parts precision and soul. Trained in classical Hatha and modern somatic therapy, this former contemporary dancer has spent ten years refining flows that honour anatomy while awakening intuitive movement. Her sessions move from sunrise energisers to candlelit yin, layering breath, mobility and mindful stillness. Flying directly into Cape Town International Airport is the most convenient option. From there, getting to Sanctm is simple, as Uber services are readily available. For international travelers arriving via Johannesburg, connecting flights to Cape Town are common. Once you land, you can take an Uber or, if preferred, we can arrange a transfer to Hout Bay—our serene home at Sanctm.
