About this Retreat
Hello! I am Krislin Kuuskemaa, the founder of this New Beginning Retreat and I am here to inspire you on your journey of transformation and passion. With 14 years of expertise in body and facial treatments, I have dedicated my life to helping others facing similar challenges.
There is a path towards a better version of yourself, and I am here to guide you every step of the way.I am not just a retreat facilitator; I am a catalyst for the 'New Beginnings' lifestyle. Together, we will embark on a transformative journey towards holistic health and wellness.
Saoirse has a BA Hons degree in journalism and communications. She is an Amazon international best-selling author and publisher, a 300 hour certified yoga and meditation teacher, trauma informed birth and life coach, leadership and embodiment facilitator, and a level 2 Reiki healer. Women who work with her connect more deeply to their bodies, their souls and their superpowers and feel safe to honor their heart’s desires and speak their truth from a place of power.
Sarah has been teaching yoga and meditation for 5 years, with 10+ years of dedicated practice and experience in the wellness industry, with a background in mindful movement (including Vinyasa, yoga Nidra, Restorative yoga, and various meditation practices). She has done additional studies in Tantric Hatha, the Chakra system, and over the last 3+ years has written about yoga, wellness, nutrition, and mental health for various clients in the well-being industry.
