About this Retreat
Born and raised in Costa Rica, I am eternally guided by my ancestors. My grandmother's have taught me from a young age to pay attention and listen to the plants and they continually teach me to love and learn from nature.
Mother nature has been my greatest mentor, leading me to many places to learn the ancestral wisdom of the earth.
My ceremonial practices have developed from over ten years working with the First Nations tribes of Central, North and South America side by side with the Master Plants.
The Red Road Path has given me a grounded foundation and deep connection to Source.
These beautiful traditions guide my practices and I am blessed to hold their space as my service to the human collective.
Gabriel is the Mycelium keeper at Finca Corazon. He cultivates special varieties that guests can learn about and engage with during their stay.
Gabriel’s passion for entheogens led him to apprentice with a leading teacher and master of Mycelium healing. He soon realized that his mission was to share this medicine with other and grow it in the gentle climate of Costa Rica’s southern zone.
Side by side with Finca Corazón, he manages MEDICINA FUNGI a venture offering medicinal mushrooms for therapeutic use.

Along with many integration opportunities, we also hold a traditional temazcal (sweat lodge) ceremony, offering you a powerful opportunity for physical, emotional, and spiritual purification. This ancient ritual helps release what no longer serves you, opening your heart to the healing and teachings of the medicine.

DAY 1: Arrival and Welcome snack. Relax and familiarize yourself with the center. Herbal bath and Evening meditation, Dinner.
DAY 2: Body Therapies, Brunch, Mushroom cultivation workshop and the critical role of fungi in our ecosystem. Snacks, Psilocybin ceremony in the evening.
DAY 3: Break fast, Integration day with a full tour of the farm and river exploration, snack and dinner.
DAY 4: Temezcal Sweat Lodge and Drum journey. Brunch, snacks and Mushroom Ceremony in the evening
DAY 5: Breakfast, Trip to the beach during the day with snacks. Fire ritual in the evening and dinner.

Our home is in a small Tico town in the mountains of Pérez Zeledón, bordered by a pristine river with natural pools and waterfalls. Just a few years ago, this was cattle pasture, but we’ve been working with love to reforest and heal the land. Now it’s a peaceful space where wildlife returns and the forest grows again. We’ve created this place for people to reconnect with nature, slow down, and feel the simple, healing wisdom of the earth.
