My life journey back to myself is steeped in acceptance. Acceptance that the earth provides medicine and people, and medicine people, and it all comes together at the right time when one is ready. In my travels in Costa Rica, I was seeking a medicine person who my intuition would align with, whom my spirit team says “yes, this one, accept this invitation!”. The invitation came in the form of Mar. When I first connected with Mar there was instant alignment, her communication was authentic and understanding. When we finally met, her energy was warm, energetic and protective. I knew I was in good hands. Her temple space created the perfect vortex for deep healing. The entire experience with Mar changed my physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. She was able to guide my journey with the power of the shamanic energies she holds. I returned home with a renewed heart, and able to reintegrate into life with a new mindset and a deep activation of self love. Mar keeps communication open even after our retreat, offering support and advice on navigating my relationships and refreshed mindset. I am excited to return to Mar’s space for sacred healing work with her guidance and support.
