The Healing & Energy Week combines daily yoga and meditation with individual counseling, therapeutic massage, and something most retreats don't offer at all: Aqua Healing in our solar-heated Watsu pool at 35°C.

Everything in this week is designed to work together, the movement, the stillness, the touch, the water. A genuine journey inward, held with care.

Directions
All our retreats start on Saturdays at 5 PM with an introduction session. Therefore, we ask you to arrive between 2 PM and 4 PM. Ideally, book a flight that arrives in Bali on Saturday morning. Alternatively, you can also arrive on Friday afternoon or evening and spend a night in the south (e.g., at Sanur Mercure Hotel, a beautiful beach location just 20 minutes from the airport, or spend a night in Ubud, the cultural center of Bali).
If you are already on the island, we are happy to pick you up from another location. The picturesque three-hour drive takes you through traditional Balinese villages, past rice fields, volcanoes, and coconut groves, offering you an initial glimpse of Bali's breathtaking beauty.
Transportation to and from the airport or any other location on the island costs 60 Euros per trip, which you pay in cash on your arrival (Euro or Indonesian Rupee).

Rooms at Prana Veda are simple, thoughtful, and quietly comfortable. Traditional Balinese design, natural materials, private bathrooms, and views of either the ocean or the garden. Nothing superfluous. Everything you need to sleep well, wake rested, and do it all again tomorrow.
