Details of this retreat

Have you forgotten what it feels like to be fully alive? This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and into a world of deep movement, stillness, and self-discovery—where you’ll push your body, quiet your mind, and awaken your creative spirit. Set in the lush Colombian mountains, surrounded by coffee farms and the sounds of nature, this six-day journey will challenge, restore, and reconnect you to the limitless potential of who you truly are.

This isn’t just a retreat—it’s a gathering of souls, a place where you are seen, heard, and deeply valued. It’s not some polished, impersonal experience where you sign up, show up, and blend into the background. This is raw, real, and alive—shaped by who you are, what you bring, and the energy we all create together. Every retreat is different because every person who comes is different. Here, you’re not just a guest; you’re part of something intimate and intentional, a chosen family for six days of movement, silence, and self-discovery. You will leave changed—not just because of what you experience, but because of what you offer, too.

Directions

I will personally arrange your transportation from the airport or Medellín to our retreat location. The airport is about 2 to 3 hours from the farm, and I can coordinate a group pickup if you arrive between 12 PM and 3 PM on April 13th. The cost for a private ride is approximately $120 for up to 4 people.

If you’d like to spend time in Medellín before or after the retreat, I can also arrange a pickup from El Poblado Park, with costs ranging from $30-$50 per person if shared, or $80 for a private ride.

For seasoned travelers, there’s also a budget-friendly option: a bus from Medellín to Fredonia (~$10), followed by a jeep ride to the farm (~$10).

No need to stress—I’ve done this trip countless times in every way possible, and I’ll guide you through it step by step.
