7:30 AM – Sunrise Silence: Journalling & Tea
Begin the day in quiet presence, sitting in stillness as the first light rises over the Cappadocian valleys. A short breathwork or guided meditation follows, grounding you in the energy of the day.
8:00 AM – Morning Yoga, Meditation, and breathwork Practice
An energizing Hatha-Vinyasa class with breath-led movement, chakra focus, and intuitive sequencing. Practice is designed to awaken the body and sharpen awareness.
9:30 AM – Shared Breakfast
A nourishing, home-cooked vegetarian meal prepared by Almut’s family. Meals are slow, intentional, and served with fresh herbs, eggs, breads, fruits, and warm teas.
10:30 AM – Cultural Immersion or Free Time
Pottery workshops, visits to ancient cave sites, or simply time to wander the land, journal, or rest. Some days will include group excursions; others offer space for solitude.
1:00 PM – Lunch & Integration
A midday meal shared at the long family table. Guests are encouraged to eat slowly and mindfully before relaxing into a soft break.
3:00 PM – Afternoon Workshop or Restorative Practice
An optional workshop exploring breath, philosophy, or creative expression—or a gentle restorative or yin-style movement practice.
5:30 PM – Evening Circle or Meditation
A chance to come together in quiet reflection, guided visualization, group sharing, or ritual—depending on the energy of the day.
7:00 PM – Dinner
A colorful vegetarian dinner cooked with love by our hosts, often followed by lingering conversations, candlelight, and soft music.
8:30 PM – Ceremony or Evening Ritual
One or two nights will feature special ceremonies such as a sensory dinner experience, Sufi music night, or a sound healing session under the stars.
10:00 PM – Rest & Silence
The evening closes with quiet time—space for stargazing, journaling, or simply drifting off into deep, peaceful sleep.
