Details of this retreat
Whether you’re longing for relaxation, seeking personalized support in your Yoga practice, or hoping to reignite your spiritual journey, the Integral Yoga Retreat for Renewal offers a nurturing environment where you can truly reset.
Integral Yoga—created by Sri Swami Satchidananda—brings harmony to the body, clarity to the mind, and purpose to life. This transformative path uses every aspect of daily living as a gateway to lasting happiness and inner peace. Through rejuvenating practices such as pranayama (yogic breathing), guided meditation, and Hatha Yoga, you’ll experience profound calm and reconnect with your true nature.
Sadhana (spiritual practice) is the heart of this retreat. It is the intentional way you move, breathe, think, eat, and live. When approached with presence, everything becomes an opportunity for growth. Throughout the weekend, you’ll be guided to embrace sadhana as a powerful tool for renewal—helping you return home feeling centered, inspired, and deeply revitalized.
Step into a weekend designed to nourish your whole being.
Your journey of renewal begins here.
