  • Nature Immersion for Restoration and Tranquility. Find grounding and restoration amongst Scotland’s stunning landscape of mountains, rivers and forest through mindful walks, reflective time in nature, outdoor breathwork sessions and forest bathing or outdoor swimming. The elements of earth, water, fire and air will be our guides for this journey.
  • Group Sharing and Relational Exercises to Foster Connection. Reconnect through our shared human experience as we explore our relationship to ourselves, others and what matters to us with reflective dialogue and sharing of experience and perspectives.
  • Space to Be – at Peace. Enjoy time and space for quiet personal moments of reflection and integration. There is access to beautiful countryside direct from the retreat centre and a dedicated meditation room available for personal practice.
  • Fun! Enjoy wonderful moments of laughter and connection as we share time together through meals and good conversation. There will also be optional evening activities such as games, dance, music or exploring our creativity for those who wish.

It's time to reconnect

In today’s fast-paced world with its multiple crisis and technological demands, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from ourselves, others and nature. We may feel weighed down by stress and uncertainty, that may make us feel powerless, nervous and lose sight of our purpose.

This Rooted in Connection Breathwork Retreat invites you to step away from the noise and into a sanctuary of peace, reflection, and transformation. By reconnecting—to yourself, to others, and to nature—you cultivate true resilience, hope, and purpose. Gratitude, serenity, peace, calm: these are qualities that become your path in service of all life, so you can return home to take aligned actions that make a difference in your world.

Schedule

7:30 am Optional silent walk or simple movement exercise for grounding outdoors

8:30 am Enjoy a healthy breakfast to nourish you for your day ahead

9:30 am We meet to as a group to share and build connection

10:00 am Group Session – each day we explore a theme based on our connection to ourselves through the elements of earth, water, fire and air.

11.15 am Break

11.30 am Group Breathwork session with sharing

1pm Healthy, tasty lunch together

2-3.30 pm Free time

3:30- 5:30 pm Indoor or outdoor breathwork session

6:00 pm Delicious evening meal together & free time

Evening: Optional activities (quiet time, games, dance, fire)

Directions

Closest Airports:
Edinburgh International (1.5 hours’ drive from Lendrick Lodge), Glasgow International (1.25 hours’ drive). In tourist season, allow 2 hours’ driving from either airport. Edinburgh tends to be the preferrable airport to fly to, due to potential for travel disruptions passing Glasgow City.

From airport to Lendrick, by public transport:

From Edinburgh International Airport, catch shuttle bus (No. 100) to Edinburgh Waverley Station; cost £7.50 return. Runs every 20 minutes – journey takes 25 minutes

From Glasgow International Airport, catch shuttle bus (No. 905) to Glasgow Queen Street Station; cost £7.50 return. Runs every 15 minutes – journey takes 25 minutes

Leaving Stirling Train Station’s main entrance, turn left and Stirling Bus Station is 150 metres ahead of you.
Catch FirstBus No. 59 to Callander (please note there is a reduced service on Sundays) – for information call Traveline on 0044 (0)871 2002233 or visit www.travelinescotland.com
In Callander phone a taxi 0044 (0)1877 330496 to get to Lendrick Lodge – cost approximately £13 – £15.

If you are arriving by car

From Edinburgh, take M9 to Stirling. From Glasgow, take M80 to Stirling, and join M9 to Stirling
Stay on M9 until Junction 10 – turn off for Callander and Trossachs
Follow A84 to Callander, and through Callander. After about 1 mile/2 kilometres You will pass two Wool Mill shops on the right hand side at the very small town of Kimahog.
Just after this take the next left on to the A821 – signposted Aberfoyle and Trossachs Trail. You can see a white pub called The Lade Inn in at the left at this turning on to the A821
Follow the A821 for 9 minutes/4.5 miles until you see signs for Lendrick Lodge. We are on the right hand side at our brown Tourist Information Signpost.

Lendrick Lodge is located in the spectacular Trossachs National Park, known as "Scotland in Miniature". Lendrick Lodge is surrounded by breathtaking mountains, ancient woodland, and lakes, creating a peaceful and nurturing space for inner work and connection. The lodge is a long established retreat centre and creates a warm and welcoming environment for all who visit.

Meals are fully vegetarian and all freshly prepared onsite. All meals are served in a buffet-style, enabling you to build your own plate from the selection of dishes provided.
