During this retreat, you have your master yoga teacher who will do a private consultation with you and then develop a sequence that is ideal for your body and mind. He will guide you through your sequence which you can take home with you.
%The talks and workshops during your stay will teach you the philosophy behind the ancient practices of yoga and meditation and provide practical knowledge on how they can improve your overall health and happiness for good.
%As part of the Retreat Package, Plantation Villa arranges afternoon activities in keeping with the concept. These activities include talks and workshops on Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation, Ayurveda cookery classes, and guided meditations, to name a few. Plantation Villa also arranges riverside and countryside walks in the local area - when the weather allows. If you want to get your hands in the soil you are welcome to garden with Plantation Villa, as well as help out with any of the charity projects.
