We start each day with MediYoga—a therapeutic, research-based form of medical yoga that is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience. MediYoga has proven positive effects on a range of health issues, and its programs help balance the autonomic nervous system, reducing stress-related conditions.
In the middle of the day, we practice the Five Tibetan Rites, which are five physical exercises that strengthen the body's core muscles, while promoting balance, flexibility, and energy. These exercises counteract the effects of aging and physical wear.
After lunch, we transition to Mindfulness, which involves both a meditation practice and a way of approaching life. We train in presence during meditation and discuss what it means to be fully present in ourselves and life without judgment, and how this can enhance life quality and reduce psychological pain.
Throughout the day, there will be opportunities for inner reflection and group discussions. We also emphasize shared meals with nourishing vegetarian food, opportunities for excursions, or simply enjoying the tranquility of the retreat.
