I have been to wonderful ayahuasca retreats and ceremonies in the past. What Psychonauta offers, particularly with master plant dieta retreat, is a deeper connection with the medicine and with self. The ceremonies and the iquaros were beautiful and powerful and intense, and the isolation allowed me to receive, understand, process and integrate so much more. As a “foodie” who is a little food-obsessed and strongly connects food with pleasure and enjoyment, the bland sustenance diet was a huge challenge for me (as I knew it would be) but there was opportunity for insight and growth even in that. And I just cannot emphasize enough or fully express the beauty and the power of the ceremonies and Miguel’s and Virginia’s iquaros! Blez and facilitators were available for support, if needed, throughout the retreat, but the “container” they all held in this place was supportive in a way that for me, allowed me to do much of the work on my own. I highly recommend a master plant dieta retreat at Psychonauta!
