Day 1: Arrival & Opening Ceremony
Guests arrive via scheduled shuttles from the airport or from their own transportation. After settling in, we gather for a welcome circle and opening ceremony to ground into the space. A card-pull ritual and a low-dose “handshake” psilocybin session introduce guests to the medicine in a gentle, supportive way.
Day 2: Preparation & First Ceremony
We begin the day with light movement to awaken the body, followed by a workshop on how to work with the medicine, offering guidance, practical tips, and space to ask questions. Guests can then relax, enjoy the sun, or opt for individual coaching sessions with facilitators. In the evening, we gather for the first full psilocybin ceremony, beginning around 5 PM. Afterward, a light dinner is available, and guests are free to rest and reflect in their own time.
Day 3: Integration & Exploration
We start with gentle morning movement to support continued grounding after the first ceremony. The day’s energy is intentionally relaxed, allowing time to process and reset. A core workshop on Internal Family Systems (IFS) introduces guests to “chatting with your inner child,” a powerful tool for self-understanding and emotional healing. Weather permitting, we’ll enjoy an optional beach excursion for walking, snorkeling, or simply soaking in the natural beauty.
Day 4: Ceremony & Neuroplasticity
The day begins with light movement to prepare the body, followed by a focused workshop on neuroplasticity: exploring how the brain rewires after psychedelic experiences and how to harness that window for lasting change. In the evening, we move into our second full psilocybin ceremony. Afterward, guests are offered a light dinner and the space to rest, reflect, or simply be, in whatever way best supports their integration.
Day 5: Integration & Optional Exploration
We begin with gentle movement to support the body and settle the mind. Guests can participate in individual coaching sessions to unpack insights and set next steps. A workshop on microdosing provides practical guidance for those interested in continued integration. Depending on the group’s needs and facilitator discretion, there may also be an optional, lower-dose medicine session.
To honor the journey, we close with a meaningful ceremony that weaves together the insights, breakthroughs, and connections from the week. This intentional space supports emotional closure, collective reflection, and a grounded transition back to everyday life. The day remains spacious and flexible, focused on preparing you to carry the retreat’s impact forward.
Day 6. Guests depart via scheduled shuttles to Los Cabos Airport. Our team is available to assist with transportation arrangements to other destinations if needed (additional cost applies). This final day is supportive, giving guests time to ease out of the retreat experience with clarity and care.
