From September 7 to September 12, 2025, immerse yourself in a memorable aerial silks retreat for beginners. During the retreat, you will explore the foundations of aerial silk with our certified coach.
What is included?
12 hours of aerial silks classes (3 hours per day) focused on technique, strengthening, and fluidity. Your aerial silks coach is Aléna, she is a certified L1 teacher, she teaches aerial silks in Lisbon and is passionate about making others discover this beautiful sport. You are in great hands!
5-night accommodation in a beautiful villa with swimming pool and stunning surroundings:
Option 1: twin bed in a shared room with shared bathroom
Option 2: queen-size bed with private bathroom (ideal for friends!)
Wellness and relaxation activities throughout the retreat, such as restorative aerial yoga, flexibility, and more.
Delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by our chef at the villa.

The nearest international airport is Lisbon Portela Airport (LIS), located about 40 minutes by car from our retreat center near Ericeira, Portugal. We offer complimentary airport pick-up from Lisbon to make your arrival smooth and stress-free. If you prefer to make your own way, taxis, rideshares, and rental cars are readily available at the airport.

- Have 12-hours of aerial silks class with Aléna, your certified aerial silks coach. You will explore the foundations of aerial silk, including foot locks, wraps, poses, and more. Health coverage is provided during the classes.
- Sleep in a gorgeous villa of 320 square metres on the seaside with spacious outdoors, a swimming pool and 5-minutes walk from the beach.
