About this Retreat
He is our facilitator and translator, with a deep connection to the light of the Amazon, accumulating many years of experience in shamanic centers. At the age of 33, David was born in the mystical lands of San Martín, Peru, heir to a Kichwa lineage imbued with the ancestral wisdom of spiritual medicine. Guided by his grandparents, parents, and his older brother, Hauriman, David has dedicated 15 years of his life to the art of healing. He now resides in Iquitos, where his innovative and compassionate approach has made him a respected healer. Amidst the urban bustle, David remains a beacon of hope, weaving ancient wisdom with modernity in his quest to heal both the body and spirit of those who seek him.

This four-day retreat at the Luz del Amazonas Spiritual Center offers a profound experience of healing and inner connection in the heart of the Amazon rainforest. From the first day, you will begin a preparation process with a personal meeting with the master shaman, diet-friendly dinners and breakfasts, blossoming rituals, and ayahuasca ceremonies in a safe and sacred environment.
During your stay, you will experience moments of introspection, spiritual healing sessions, botanical walks to discover the ancestral power of medicinal plants, and spaces for contemplation such as sunset watching.
