About this Retreat
Charles Silvano is a dedicated student of ancestral medicine, whose life is intertwined with the light and mysteries of the Amazon. With over a decade of experience in shamanic centers, Charles has decided to deepen his path under the direct guidance of great masters, assuming the role of shaman apprentice. His work transcends translation; he is a conscious bridge that transmits not only words, but the vibrational essence of the teachings. At the age of 33, David was born in the mystical lands of San Martín, Peru, heir to a Kichwa lineage imbued with the ancestral wisdom of spiritual medicine. Guided by his grandparents, parents, and his older brother, Hauriman, David has dedicated 15 years of his life to the art of healing. He now resides in Iquitos, where his innovative and compassionate approach has made him a respected healer. Amidst the urban bustle, David remains a beacon of hope, weaving ancient wisdom with modernity in his quest to heal both the body and spirit of those who seek him.

Embark on a transformative six-day journey in the heart of the Peruvian rainforest, specifically designed to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit. Our retreat intertwines the healing power of ancestral medicine with the vibrant biodiversity of the Amazon. During your stay, you will participate in three sacred Ayahuasca ceremonies and one Kambo ceremony, guided by an experienced master. Each session includes flower essence cleansings, individualized preparation, and constant support to ensure a deep and safe healing process.
The spiritual work is perfectly complemented by immersion in nature. You will swim in the waters of the Amazon River alongside pink river dolphins, canoe along the Yanayacu River, and contemplate the majestic giant Lupuna tree. The itinerary also includes night safaris, birdwatching in the Garzal Reserve, and a visit to a riverside community. An introspective and adventurous experience to renew your being.

Throughout your experience at Luz del Amazonas, our daily routine will flow harmoniously around three key moments:
Integration Morning: This time is ideal for recharging and resting deeply after an Ayahuasca ceremony. If there was no ceremony the previous night, you'll have complete freedom to enjoy peaceful excursions or simply take some time to relax and reflect.
Exploration and Preparation Afternoon: This is the perfect time to enjoy the day and connect with the surroundings, whether through guided excursions or solo walks in the areas near the center. If you participate in an Ayahuasca ceremony that same evening, you'll conclude your afternoon with a floral bath that will prepare your body for the spiritual work.
Healing or Adventure Night: If it's your ceremony night, we'll dedicate this time to preparing your body and mind for the Ayahuasca. If you participated the night before or will participate the next day, you can choose between using the time to rest, or joining our fascinating night excursions to observe the jungle wildlife.
