Meet Your Host

I'm Jill Duffy—owner of Oxford Oaks Farm, flower grower, sheep whisperer, and a lifelong nurturer at heart. After spending over a decade in oncology, walking alongside people through some of their most vulnerable moments, I felt called to transition into a new chapter—toward a life that still honors healing, but through joy, connection, and nature.

Now, I host nourishing, hands-on gatherings for women right here on my farm. These retreats are designed for women—especially those in a season of transition—who are ready to reconnect with their true values, rediscover their voice, and live with more authenticity.

At Oxford Oaks, you’ll find more than just fresh air and rolling pastures. You’ll experience yoga under the open sky, sound healing to restore your spirit, and long-table wine dinners that celebrate community and laughter. I believe in generosity, spirituality, humor, and the magic of women coming together in real connection - with gratitude at the heart of it all.

Beyond retreats, Oxford Oaks also hosts thoughtfully curated weddings, milestone birthdays, and heartfelt celebrations—each one created with intention, attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for meaningful moments shared with loved ones.

Whether you're seeking clarity, peace, or simply a moment to breathe—you’ll find space for it here.
