Day 1 :

● Yoga Nidra (guided yogic sleep session)
Day 2 :
● Morning:
○ Meditation, Pranayama (breathwork), Chanting, Laughter Yoga
○ Breakfast
● Midday:
○ Ayurvedic consultation and massage
○ Lunch
● Afternoon:
○ Local-based activities – Cross country walk through croplands and interaction with village households.
● Evening:
○ Hatha yoga session
○ Dinner
○ Yoga Nidra
Day 3 :
● Morning:
○ Meditation, Pranayama, Chanting, Laughter Yoga
○ Breakfast
● Workshops—choice of any two out of the three options offered: hand block printing, pottery, cooking
● Evening:
○ Hatha yoga session
○ Dinner
○ Yoga Nidra
Day 4 :
● Morning:
○ Meditation, Pranayama, Chanting, Laughter Yoga
○ Breakfast
○ Experience sharing & group reflection session
