About this Retreat
Loreta has been practicing yoga for two decades and teaching for the past 12 years.
Her classes emphasise breath, presence, awareness, and mindfulness, fostering strength and flexibility in both the body and mind in a relaxed manner.
By organising wellness-yoga retreats, he can integrate her passions for healthy sustainable living, yoga, and travel. This allows her to offer a unique experience for individuals who share similar passions and are on a journey to discover their true selves.
Loreta is happy to collaborate with Masseria Specula, which shares her values around sustainability and hospitality.
Details of this retreat
Recharge and reconnect at a beautiful, traditional Apulian farmhouse. Surrounded by nature and local charm, you'll enjoy nourishing practices, delicious food, and time to truly slow down.
This retreat is about rest, reflection, and finding space - whether through journaling, walking, daydreaming, or simply doing nothing. You’ll share the experience with a small group of like-minded yogis, balancing connection and solitude.
While there’s plenty of space to relax, it’s also ideal for those who enjoy more active holidays - with options to explore nearby towns, cycle, go for a swim or a walk, and join any additional activities offered by the venue (see below).
It’s a blend of simple luxury, tradition, and mindful, eco-friendly travel - supporting both your wellbeing and the local community.
(All within the setting of 8–10 people.)
