About the venue: We are a family that has decided to leave the frenetic pace of the city to start a new life in close contact with nature. When we arrived here we didn't even know how to light a fire! We are learning to know the countryside, to live there and to take care of it. This is the place where we would like to put down our roots.
Our three Maremma Sheepdogs also live with us: the two sisters Evee and Alaska, born in 2020, and Boing, their nephew, born in 2021. In addition to them, there are also 2 cats, Titti and Lupina, sisters, and their cats: Bonny, Lulù, Pippo and Samurai. Edit: since 2024, Satoshi, the new cat, has also been living here! For this reason, unfortunately, we cannot accept other animals in the Podere. Hedgehogs, badgers, foxes, martens.

The yurta was built by Bruna and her family piece by piece and directly imported from Mongolia. The atmosphere in there is extremely cosy, right in the forest by the house.

Directions
The nearest airport is Pisa. Pick up is available for an extra fee. By car is also possible, check the gps - it is highway and then out driving by Castagneto Carducci and further into the forest therough breath-taking winding roads. I did that last year and it was gorgeous.
