06h00 – 10h00: Morning walk, meditation, and breakfast
10h00-11h30: Private session or reflection time
11h30 - 13h00: Private session, reflection time or group session
13h00 – 14h00: Nutritious lunch
14h00 - 15h30: Private session or reflection time
15h30 - 17h00: Private session or reflection time
17h00 – 19h00: Dinner (on your own or with fellow guests)
19h00 - 20h30: Two group sessions, the other three evenings will be for reflection
The group excursion will take place on the third day
