After a nourishing dinner, enjoy a vibrant Balinese dance performance, offering you a warm cultural welcome and an introduction to the island’s rich traditions.
Day 2: First Touch – Feet & Legs
Start the day with a gentle restorative yoga session to awaken the body. After a healthy breakfast, dive into your Balinese massage training, learning the techniques for the feet and legs during a focused 4-hour session with a lunch break in between. In the evening, find stillness through meditation, followed by dinner and a cultural workshop that deepens your connection to Balinese healing philosophy.
Day 3: Back Massage & Balinese Flavors
Begin with Hatha yoga, awakening strength and flexibility, followed by breakfast. In your 4-hour massage training, focus on learning how to release tension in the back — a key area for stress relief. After a rejuvenating meditation and dinner, participate in a hands-on cooking class, where you’ll discover the flavors and spirit of Balinese cuisine.
Day 4: Exploring Bali’s Beauty
Energize your morning with Hatha yoga and a nourishing breakfast before heading out for the Grand Lovina Tour, exploring waterfalls, temples, and stunning coastal views. Return in the evening for dinner and a relaxing massage, helping your body unwind after a day of adventure.
Day 5: Face, Head & Fire Ceremony
After Hatha yoga and breakfast, your massage training continues with a focus on the front body, face, and head, enhancing your skills in relaxation and energy balancing. Enjoy a meditation session, a peaceful dinner, and conclude the day with a powerful fire ceremony, releasing what no longer serves and calling in transformation.
Day 6: Full Body Flow & Sacred Sites
Begin with Yoga Markandeya, a healing Balinese yoga practice, followed by breakfast. In your 2-hour training, you’ll learn the full body massage sequence, integrating all techniques. Then, set off on the Banjar tour, visiting a majestic Buddhist temple and bathing in holy hot springs. The evening closes with dinner and a sound healing session, inviting deep rest.
Day 7: Dolphins & Certification
Wake early for an unforgettable dolphin tour, watching these joyful creatures in their natural habitat. After returning and enjoying lunch, it’s time for your final massage training session and certification exam — a rewarding culmination of your learning. Celebrate your achievements with a peaceful meditation and a festive BBQ dinner on the beach, sharing stories and smiles under the stars.
Day 8: Farewell & Integration
Begin your last morning with gentle restorative yoga, followed by breakfast. Receive a well-deserved massage to honor your body after a week of learning and transformation.
