The order of the days can be different depending on your arrival day.
Your Day-to-Day Journey
Day 1: Welcome Home
We start caring for you from the moment you land in Bali: airport pickup and warm welcome at the Retreat Center, nestled atop a scenic rock. After settling in, you'll join a dynamic meditation to release travel stress and reconnect with yourself. The evening concludes with a delicious welcome dinner and a traditional Balinese dance performance that will fill your heart with island magic.
Free time: Relax by the pool, explore the nature around you, or simply breathe in the beauty of your new beginning.
Day 2: Nurturing the Body
Begin with a gentle restorative yoga session to awaken and soften the body. After breakfast, indulge in a detoxifying spa treatment: traditional Balinese herbal scrubs, a honey massage for lymphatic flow, and a healing herbal bath.
Free time: Rest by the pool, walk to the nearby sea.
In the evening, a meditation for emotional release is followed by a cultural workshop — from crafting sacred Balinese offerings to preparing traditional jamu or exploring the secrets of Balinese massage. These experiences connect you deeply with the island’s living traditions.
Day 3: Cleansing Through the Elements
Morning Hatha yoga awakens your energy. After breakfast, we journey to the sacred Santhipala waterfall for an ancient Balinese 7-chakra purification ceremony with a healer, emotional release practices, and a sacred clay ritual. Lunch at an organic farm among rice fields follows, then a relaxing return to the Center.
Evening: Balinese cooking class and time for journaling or stargazing.
Day 4: Your Personal Healing Path
After Hatha yoga and breakfast, the day is devoted to your chosen private healing session — tailored to meet your unique needs, whether it’s energy or chakra work, holistic bodywork, or a metaphorical cards consultation. This is your time for deep, personal transformation.
Free time: Quiet breaks for reflection, poolside rest, or simply enjoying the stillness of the retreat.
Evening (optional): A gentle sharing circle for those who wish to connect, exchange insights, and honor each other’s journeys — an intimate space without obligation, only heartfelt presence.
Day 5: Royal Self-Acceptance
Start with morning Hatha yoga and breakfast, followed by a luxurious 2.5-hour Royal Spa package: full-body treatments ending with a flower bath.
Free time: Write, reflect, or enjoy an optional extra one-on-one healing session.
Evening brings a meditation for self-acceptance and a sacred Fire Cleansing Ceremony conducted by four Balinese priests — a transformative experience of emotional and spiritual rebirth.
Day 6: Sacred Awakening
Experience Balinese Healing Yoga Markandeya in the morning — a unique practice of breath, movement, and energy alignment. After breakfast and free time for self-care, we head to the Brahmavihara Buddhist temple for a gratitude and manifestation meditation led by our Guru.
The journey continues to the sacred hot springs for deep relaxation.
Evening: Group sound healing session.
Day 7: Living Joy
Early morning dolphin-watching boat tour — a magical experience seeing dolphins up close in the wild, with optional snorkeling among coral reefs.
After return: Lunch and free time for reflection.
Before sunset, join a gentle evening meditation, followed by a beach barbecue dinner served on banana leaves, under the open sky.
Day 8: A New Chapter
A soft restorative yoga session in the morning to integrate your journey. After breakfast, time to celebrate your new self — lighter, freer, clearer.
Transfers to the airport or continuation of your Bali adventure.
