Creativity & Yoga
Discover your creative power through consciousness practices and methods such as learning to see, meditative drawing, automatic writing, photography, intuitive cooking, mindfulness, yoga, Qi Gong – or simply drinking tea – along with many sensual exercises.
How We Teach Creativity
Every person is creative – in their own way. In a safe and supportive space, we nurture your imagination and stimulate new thought processes.
Requirements
Curiosity is enough. Our exercises help to overcome creative blocks and rediscover your own imagination – playfully, and without pressure. Play, play, play
Creativity thrives on play. By using different forms of expression, new perspectives and ideas emerge. We create space for curiosity, lightness, and shared growth. Creativity connects intuition with experience, play with structure, imagination with realization. It is a way of thinking – but also a way of being.
Creativity – Our Most Important Resource
Everyone is Creative
Studies show: everyone can be creative – whether in art, everyday life, work, or science.
What Happens in the Brain
Creativity is not a linear thinking process but a complex interplay of letting go, intuition, and inner imagery – paired with the ability to give it form. The brain shifts between chaos and order – and that is where creative magic lies.
Why We Unlearn Creativity
According to George Land's creativity test:
• 98% of 5-year-olds think creatively
• 12% of 15-year-olds
• 2% of adults
Conclusion: Creativity is trained out of us – through norms, pressure to perform, and fear of making mistakes. Creativity in Education and Work
In a complex world, facts alone aren’t enough. Creative thinking supports flexibility, innovation, and problem-solving. Jean Piaget: “The principal goal of education should be to create people who are capable of doing new things. Albert Einstein: “It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.
Today, creativity is a key skill in the workplace – not just for artists. Google and others promote it through free creative time (20% rule). Adobe and BCG studies confirm: creativity is now the number one success factor – across all industries.
Can Creativity Be Learned? Yes. Methods such as writing, mindfulness, collage, visualization *Overcoming blockages *Focusing on the process, not on perfection *Creativity Is a Mindset and a Source of Joy
For Whom?
For everyone. Our workshops are open to people from all professions and stages of life from teachers and researchers to artists and entrepreneurs.
Where and When?
Our workshops take place in Tolo Beach, Peloponnese, Greece – a place that inspires us with its nature, history, and geomantic power. This land holds a special energetic quality.
