BALANCE + ENERGIZE RETREAT

I am a yoga and pregnancy yoga teacher and mother of three children, as well as a musician and sound therapist, herbalist and a healthy food lover. My path towards finding my ways of healing myself and facilitating a space for others for their own healing via that person's own wisdom, has been kind of long and yet I believe that you can only gain healing with time, experiences, struggle and keeping your sensitivity and intuition awake. My individual sound baths are not only relaxation but also balancing treatments that I humbly create listening to the receivers needs by intuitively connecting with the Spirit. I work with singing bowls, gongs, singing and percussion. My yoga classes are Yin, Feminine Flow Yoga and Vinyasa Flow yoga classes, which always include breathing exercises, meditation and often a small sound bowl relaxation section. I hope that my yoga, meditation and sound bath sessions would create moments where people would find it easy to open up more space for their own softness, grace and femininity and calmness. The world demands a lot of masculinity and performativity from us every day, so I would like to be involved in creating space as a counterpoint to these dynamic and hard energies, femininity and slowness to balance life.
