About this Retreat
I discovered my passion for yoga early in life and have since dedicated myself to exploring various practices that nurture the body, mind, and soul.
With over 15 years of experience in Shiatsu, Holistic Bodywork, Expressive Movement, Yoga, and Meditation, I combine and integrate these diverse techniques to support individuals and groups in their journey toward self-development, well-being, and greater consciousness.
Passionate about guiding others, I support individuals on their unique paths to reconnect with their inner strength and cultivate a life filled with fulfillment, happiness, and well-being. A traveller at heart, I embrace the beauty of different cultures and communities, finding joy in nature, yoga, meditation, and dance. I am fluent in English, German, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish.
Details of this retreat
Step into stillness at The Olive Mill, a beautifully restored 19th-century estate nestled in private forestland just outside Higuera de la Sierra in Southern Spain. Surrounded by oak, chestnut, and cork trees, this intimate retreat offers a soul-deep connection to nature.
Yoga and meditation sessions take place in the original olive press hall, with its soaring arches, antique stone press, and warm, light-filled atmosphere.
The retreat includes morning meditation, energising yoga, restful yin practices in the afternoon, and scenic walks through olive groves, as also free time to rest and restore.
A highlight is a gentle forest picnic walk with the rescue donkeys—an experience that’s as grounding as it is joyful.
Meals reflect the land around us, rooted in the regional flavours and culinary traditions of Southern Spain. Enjoy wholesome, locally inspired meals made with organic vegetables, fresh fish, almonds, citrus, and wild herbs.
Stay in one of seven luxury en-suite bedrooms, offering comfort, privacy, and rest.
Let this be your invitation to pause, reconnect, and return home to yourself—in the heart of nature, and guided by experienced teachers.
