Daniela De la Casa — A facilitator of Kundalini Tantra and energy work, Daniela has guided hundreds of people through transformational retreats across India, Peru, Portugal, and Argentina. Her approach weaves together ancient Indian wisdom with shamanic depth, helping participants reconnect with their authentic essence.

Alexandru — Breathwork and voice activation facilitator from Moldavia. With years of experience in sacred ceremonies and embodiment work, Alex holds a grounded and powerful presence, creating a safe space for emotional release and deep healing.

Begin each morning grounding into the body and breath, awakening subtle awareness through conscious movement and stillness.
9:30 AM – Kundalini Tantra Practice
Explore the dynamic dance of energy and consciousness. Through breathwork, movement, sound, and intention, we awaken and
direct Kundalini energy safely and consciously.
10:30 AM – Nourishing Breakfast
Wholesome, grounding meals to support your energetic journey.
11:30 AM – Free Time / Visit to the Cascade
A chance to integrate, journal, connect with others, or immerse yourself in the cleansing waters of the nearby cascade.
1:00 PM – Lunch
Vegetarians and vegan meals prepared with love to nourish body and soul.
2:30 PM – Yoga Nidra
Deep rest and guided inner journeys to reset your nervous system and access the subconscious layers of healing and transformation.
3:30 PM – Snacks
Recharge with light snacks and a tea station to replenish your energy.
5:00 PM – Daily Workshop
Dive into the wisdom of Tantra, energy movement, voice activation and conscious relating through interactive talks, rituals, and group exploration.
7:00 PM – Dinner A peaceful close to the day with warm food and heartfelt connection.

Directions

🛫 By Air

The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport (Dehradun).
Once you arrive, for an affordable rate, our driver can take you on a breathtaking drive through the mountains — winding roads, lush forests, and small villages that whisper peace with every turn.
You will receive a welcome drink and food so you can fully rest and enjoy the travel.

🚆 By Train

You can also arrive by train to Kotdwar Railway Station, located just 40 km from the retreat.
From there, taxis or private cars are easily available. The road to the resort is beautifully scenic — perfect to start slowing down and arriving inwardly, too.

🚗 By Road

If you’re traveling from Delhi, the drive takes around 6–7 hours. It’s a smooth, beautiful journey that takes you from the plains into the fresh mountain air of Uttarakhand.

For those who prefer, we can help arrange private transfers from Delhi, Dehradun, or Rishikesh — simply let us know your arrival details in advance.

Plan to arrive during daylight — the final stretch is winding and picturesque.

Pack a light jacket; evenings in the Himalayas can be cool.

If you’re arriving by air or train, we recommend taking a moment to enjoy the stunning mountain views on your way up — it’s the perfect way to begin the retreat energy.

Views & Setting: Rooms offer lush views of hills or valleys, often with balconies or terraces so you can wake up to fresh air, birdsong, and silence. Surrounded by nature, they provide a sanctuary away from external noise. Anupraas Resort Room Types: The resort offers a variety of accommodations including “Premium Rooms – Valley View” and “Luxury Rooms with Mountain View.” Many are cottages or suites with air-conditioning, depending on the category. Amenities: • Private bathrooms with modern fittings and hot water expedia • Comfortable beds, plush bedding, and furniture tailored for rest and relaxation. • Air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, and room service where available. Luxury & Comfort: Some rooms/cottages are “luxury cottages with mountain view,” which offer enhanced comfort—spacious layouts, better views, nicer finishes, often a quieter location within the resort grounds.
