About Bas
Bas is the founder of Soul Return, a foundation dedicated to creating safe and sacred spaces for healing, transformation, and reconnection with the true self. His path has been shaped by deep personal experiences of overcoming challenges, walking through darkness, and rediscovering light — a journey that he now shares with others in an authentic and compassionate way.
With a background in guiding plant medicine ceremonies, men’s circles, and retreats, Bas integrates music, ritual, and presence into every space he holds. His approach is grounded, heart-centered, and carried by integrity, allowing participants to feel safe and supported while exploring profound inner processes.
Bas believes in the power of community, nature, and ancient wisdom to restore balance and clarity in life. His mission is to guide others on their own soul return from root to crown, from dark to dawn.
In my teenage years I faced many challenges. I often felt depressed because of events from the past and was desperately searching for a way to feel better. My life felt like a black-and-white film without sound: empty, flat, and without joy.
During my first ayahuasca ceremony I relived an old trauma. But this time I could look at it with different eyes—with gentleness, understanding, and empathy. That moment changed everything. It gave me the opportunity to heal that painful part and give it a place. Suddenly my life switched from black and white to a colorful film with sound. I began to feel and see beauty again—a smile, nature, small moments of pure happiness.
I have always been a sensitive person, but in the past that sensitivity was often weighed down by negative experiences. By clearing these heavy layers, I have come closer to my true self. My intuition has grown stronger, and I now sense people deeply.
That’s why, during ceremonies, I can feel exactly what someone needs and guide them with love and softness. Because I know what it’s like to bloom again after darkness, I wish everyone that same transformation: from surviving to truly living.

Group Ayahuasca Ceremony — Intimate Day Retreat (Max 6)
Join a small, heart-led ceremony designed for depth, safety, and personal attention. We welcome up to 6 participants so our facilitators—trained ayahuasqueros with 10+ years of experience—can support you closely throughout the day with live music, medicine songs, breath, and grounding practices.

For most guests, overnight stay is not necessary for this day format. If you prefer to remain on site, an optional overnight can be added on request (subject to availability, additional fee).

Our venue spans two floors. After closing, the ceremony room quietly converts into a sleeping space for those who choose to stay. We provide comfortable 80×200 mattresses, blankets and pillows, with soft, dimmable lighting to support deep rest. The space is phone-free, and quiet hours are observed on both levels. Please bring comfortable clothing, an extra warm layer, and any personal items you need (journal, eye mask). Overnight stay is optional, limited, and arranged in advance; a shared restroom and tea/water are available.

Two levels help keep movement low and voices gentle while others rest. The space is phone-free to support deep integration.
