An experienced executive coach teaching mental fitness and mindfulness to empower women to find clarity and confidence, helping them realise that they already hold the key to living their most vibrant lives.
Iv is a coach, yoga teacher, trained Mindful Self-Compassion instructor, and certified in Positive Intelligence. Through mindfulness and self-care she helps women take responsibility for their thoughts and actions so they can create happier lives. Iv has
been working with the topics of mindfulness, psychological resilience, self-compassion, yoga, and nonviolent communication according to Marshall B. Rosenberg for many years and have continued to develop thanks to valuable training and further education in these areas.
