About this Retreat
Jan Kulmann is a facilitator and coach with a passion for guiding people into deeper connection with themselves through body-centered practices. With a background in coaching, movement, therapeutic work. Jan brings a grounded and compassionate presence to every retreat and workshop.
His work integrates breathwork, body awareness, and mindful exposure to natural elements such as cold and movement. He creates safe spaces for participants to step out of their comfort zone, explore their inner world, and discover new layers of strength and clarity.
Jan’s philosophy is simple: true transformation begins when we allow ourselves to feel fully , in the body, the mind, and the heart. Participants often describe his facilitation as calm, authentic, and empowering, helping them access both inner stillness and untapped energy.
Outside of retreats, Jan continues to deepen his own practice through nature, movement, and ongoing exploration of human potential.
Maarten Hemmen is a breathwork coach, bodyworker, and facilitator dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves through the power of breath, movement, and presence. With a background in Martial Arts, public speaking / coaching / body-based practices, he has guided individuals and groups across Europe in workshops and retreats focused on transformation and resilience.
Maarten is the founder of Natural Breathing® Movement, an approach that combines science, embodied practice, and mindful awareness to restore balance in body, mind, and nervous system. His work integrates breathwork, cold exposure, bodywork, and coaching in a way that is accessible, down-to-earth, and deeply impactful.
Passionate about creating safe and authentic spaces, Maarten believes that real transformation happens when we step out of our comfort zone while being supported and seen. Participants describe his guidance as grounded, compassionate, and powerful, opening doors to deeper awareness, emotional release, and lasting change.
When not facilitating, Maarten speaks on creativity, leadership, and human potential, and continues to explore the edges of personal growth through nature, movement, and connection.
