Jan Kulmann is a facilitator and coach with a passion for guiding people into deeper connection with themselves through body-centered practices. With a background in coaching, movement, therapeutic work. Jan brings a grounded and compassionate presence to every retreat and workshop.
His work integrates breathwork, body awareness, and mindful exposure to natural elements such as cold and movement. He creates safe spaces for participants to step out of their comfort zone, explore their inner world, and discover new layers of strength and clarity.
Jan’s philosophy is simple: true transformation begins when we allow ourselves to feel fully , in the body, the mind, and the heart. Participants often describe his facilitation as calm, authentic, and empowering, helping them access both inner stillness and untapped energy.
Outside of retreats, Jan continues to deepen his own practice through nature, movement, and ongoing exploration of human potential.
