About this Retreat
Ayushi Desai brings vibrant spirit and heartfelt purpose to her students. Originally from bustling Mumbai, she followed her calling to Rishikesh in 2017, answering a deep inner urging to devote herself fully to yoga and healing practices.
Rooted in her spiritual Jain upbringing, Ayushi blends ancient wisdom and modern mindfulness. Beyond physical asana, she guides practitioners through the healing realms of Yoga Nidra & Sound Therapy, honoring the deeper layers of body, mind, and soul. As a teacher, Ayushi's gentle presence and spiritual clarity create a supportive and transformative learning space - designed to awaken your practice from the inside out.
Prashant Negi began his yoga journey at just 13 in the heart of Rishikesh, guided by the wisdom of traditional masters. By the age of 17, he was already sharing his practice, and his passion soon carried him across the globe to teach in China, Thailand, and beyond. Known for his strength, discipline, and creative approach, Prashant brings Ashtanga, Hatha and Aerial Yoga alive with a balance of power, alignment, and playfulness. His teachings are both grounding and uplifting—inviting students to challenge their bodies, quiet their minds, and rediscover the joy of movement. At Jeevatman Yogshala, he shares not just asanas, but the deeper philosophy that makes yoga a way of life.
