4 Day Program Structure
Silence, Breath Work, Meditation, Chanting, Vedic Astrology and Cooking lessons.
Day 1 – Thursday
Guests are welcome to check in anytime after 6:00 p.m. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. This evening is for settling in, grounding, and gently arriving before the deeper inner journey begins.
Day 2 – Friday
7:00 a.m — Shat Kriya Practice
We begin with The Golden Sequence — a powerful breathing practice that awakens the body with prana, energizes the brain, and restores deep balance. You’ll feel your mind clear, your body awaken, and a calm focus settle in, preparing you for the day’s journey.
8:00 a.m — Breakfast
A nourishing vegetarian meal to ground the morning practice.
9:00 a.m — EEG Brainwave Scan
Meditation is one of the most popular—and misunderstood—words today. With so many techniques, much of the original meaning is blurred. Yet in the end, only one thing truly happens in the brain. In this session, we cut through the noise with data. You’ll experience a live brainwave scan while meditating, and see exactly how your mind shifts. We’ll then map those results to traditional yogic patterns. This gives you a baseline of your current practice and sets the foundation for the transformation ahead.
10:00 a.m — Karma, Fate, and Free Will: Understanding the Loop
Why does life feel like the same struggles on repeat? Why do the same patterns keep returning, no matter what you try? The yogis asked these questions long ago — and found answers. In this session, we’ll explore how karma, fate, and free will shape the “loop” we get stuck in, and more importantly, the exact methods they taught to step out of it. You’ll come away with clarity on why the loop exists and how to finally break free.
10:45 a.m — Break (15 minutes)
11:30 a.m — The Evolution of Yoga: Breaking the Loop
Most people know yoga as stretching and postures — but that’s only the third limb of an eight-limb path. At its core, yoga is about clarity, not contortion. In this session, we’ll explore all eight limbs, uncover what true meditation means in the yogic tradition, and cut through the confusion of terms (yogic, Buddhist, Zen, and more). This is a chance to step beyond surface practice and touch the full depth of yoga.
1:00 p.m — Lunch
Curry Nachos — This will be our second cooking lesson. A healthy and delicious fusion of Indian street food culture with a Western twist.
3:00 p.m — The Art of Meditation: Simple Clues of the Mind We Ignore
Meditation is often made complicated, yet the mind leaves behind simple, overlooked clues that reveal what it is truly seeking. In this session, we’ll explore the natural state of mind, then revisit the brainwave scans from earlier in the day and compare them to traditional yogic patterns — showing how modern science echoes ancient teachings. You’ll then be introduced to Vaasi Yoga—a rarely taught method, carefully preserved through the centuries, that shows how the mind can flow with the unfolding of life, without resistance or distortion.
3:45 p.m — Break (15 min)
4:30 p.m — The Laws of Attraction: Yogic Technique to Speak the Language of the Universe
If you’ve seen ‘The Secret’ or read the book, you know the Law of Attraction works — but rarely is the “how” explained. In this session, we turn to the ancient wisdom of the Rig Veda and the Mandukya Upanishad to uncover the process behind it. You’ll explore how ideas arise, how they take shape within you, and how to work skillfully with energy and emotion. We’ll then look at how to align vibration with intention, so what you carry within naturally shines outward. The key lies in a subtle practice hidden in the stages of chanting — a yogic technique that reveals the true language of the universe.
6:15 p.m — How to Speak the Language of the Universe
In this guided practice, we’ll explore chanting as a direct way to align with vibration. You’ll be led through the stages of chanting, each one opening a different level of awareness, until the sound itself becomes your language with the universe.
7:00 p.m — Dinner
9:00 p.m — Practice: Tuning the Chakras to One Frequency
Our emotions rise from the chakras, and each chakra carries its own vibration. When those vibrations are out of sync, emotions feel scattered or overwhelming. In this guided evening practice, we’ll harmonize the chakras and the five elements so they radiate together on one balanced frequency. The result is a deep sense of emotional alignment and inner balance to carry into rest.
9:45 p.m Back to room
Day 3 – Saturday: Just Imagine the World Has Come to a Stop
There is nothing else for you to do on this planet except surrender to silence and deep practice — to master the Vaasi Yoga breathing rhythm, a guarded yogic practice said to open doors of insight, clarity, and transformation.
This day is dedicated to uninterrupted practice and mastering the Vaasi Yoga breathing rhythm. Silence is the boundary, not the goal. What this really means is:
Drop every agenda, every pressing thought that pushes your limits, every question that insists it can’t wait, and every problem that screams “solve me now.”
The truth is — they can wait. You’ve spent years pampering these demands. A day and a half of setting them aside will do no harm.
And you’ll discover something amazing: when you commit to the rhythm, the urgency falls away, the questions resolve themselves — and you realize it was never a problem to begin with.
The beauty of this practice is that once you learn the rhythm, it does the work for you.
