4:00 – 5:30 PM Yoga Anatomy or Specialized Workshop
5:30 – 6:00 PM Afternoon Tea
6:00 – 7:00 PM Evening Asana Practice, Workshop, or Kirtan
7:00 – 8:00 PM Dinner
8:00 – 8:30 PM Meditation or Yoga Nidra
